We finally have a new baby 9 pounds 21 inches dark hair long ...long legs. Born at 2:06 a.m.
He was definitely late! his vernix was all absorbed, and his skin is wrinkled like he was in a bath for too long. His cord,however was over 3 feet long! (short cord... ha!)
He came out a crying and had perfectly clear lungs. What an angel!
Labor started at 11:30 and ended at @;30 when the placenta came, it was a bit prune y, and brown, rather than pink and bright, but it was all intact, and showed no sings of real deterioration.
